Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bun Burst, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we follow a limited refund policy:

Refunds:

  • Once food is prepared or delivered, refunds are not possible.
  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • You received the wrong order.
    • The food was damaged during delivery.
    • You were charged incorrectly.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 3 minutes of placing, only if food preparation hasn’t started.
  • For online payments, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
